So, Is Trump Blackmailed?

He forged alliances with, and was mentored by, some of the most corrupt figures in New York and New Jersey. He then unified his family with the Kushners, a clan whose patriarch literally wrote the playbook on honey-trap blackmail.

The question, therefore, is not whether a man like Trump could be blackmailed. The real question is whether a man so deeply enmeshed in this world could ever be truly independent of it.
